smart-TEX Cover for mesh boxes
The picture shows the cover 030-5:Our top model the smart-TEX cover 030-5 is also intended for plastic pellets or other materials that are stored in mesh boxes and shall be conveyed by a suction lance. It is suitable for all applications and in terms of flexibility can not be topped.
Also a supply air filter system can be incorporated if necessary. This may be necessary if the granules are removed by suction at high speed, e.g. by extruders.
The zippers are located so that the lances will be supported of the mesh box and the cover will not displaced by the lances.
- up to 6 lances can be inserted from all sides.
- a large opening with 2 viewing windows allows refilling or quick access to the granules.
- an integrated magnetic strip at the end of the opening guarantees the best possible protection against penetrating of dirt or dust.
- the cover can be easily installed and removed thanks to a rubber strap.
- sewn plastic corners protect the cover from the sharp edges of the mesh box.
- with 2 velcro strips, the cover can be perfectly tensioned and adapted to the tolerances of the mesh box.
Our Document Bag 044 (Din A4) or 045 (DIN A5) can either be attached to a long or a short page and helps you to keep track of the contents of the grid box.
