Back Flushable Filter System PURE flow

back flushable... what does that actually mean?

The painting filters series PURE flow are suitable for all kinds of painting lines.
The filters can be used with hand paint guns or complex painting lines with robot systems.

The filter housing is made of stainless steel and therefore durable.

The longlife stainless steel filter inserts are extremly durable even if applied by continuously running painting systems.
Available mesh sizes: 8 micron up to 250 micron (016-0/017-0)

This intelligent, durable and maintenance-free back flushable (washable) filtersystem was developed as an answer to requirements of our automotive industrie customers.

      PURE flow AS micro 018-0

      The PURE flow AS micro 018-0 is our smallest filter system and was designed for robot-related applications.
      At the material outlet this type of filter is equipped with a clamping machanism (works similiar to a check valve)

      This filter system protects the delicate valve pins against contamination and deposits usually occuring in paint lines.

      The AS-micro is unscrewed from the valve block as a complete unit and is cleaned at a seperate workstation.

      This protects the equipment against contamination.

      the AS-micro can be screwed directly into the valve blocks of the material supply line with its connecting G 1/4".
